What the Kraven website collects when you use it, why, and who it is shared with. In short: only what you send us, and only to reply to you.

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us through this website.
- The contact form: your name, email address, your project’s name, an optional link, an optional category and your message.
- The enquiry form: your name, email address, Telegram handle if you give one, links to your website, X account and other socials if you give them, the Kraven product you are interested in, your budget, your message and whether you are open to a call.
- Signing in with Google or X: the name, profile picture and (where the provider shares it) email address of the account you sign in with.
How we use it
We use these details to read your message, reply to you and discuss working together. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
What you send through a form is delivered to the Kraven team by email.
Cookies
This website sets only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, if you sign in, and ones that protect the sign-in and the forms against misuse. It sets no advertising cookies.
Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them. The site asks once; if you say no, or do not answer, none are set. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which makes the question appear again.
Technical information
To stop abuse of the forms, the site briefly uses the network address your request comes from to limit how many messages one connection can send. It is not stored with your message or kept afterwards.
Services we rely on
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, which handle information under their own privacy policies:
- Google and X, if you choose to sign in with them.
- Google’s email service, which carries the messages the forms send to our team.
- Calendly, if you choose to book a call. Booking happens on Calendly’s own site.
- Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are read, if you allow analytics cookies. Without your permission it sets no cookie and receives no analytics identifier: only a signal that a page was opened, which, like any request on the web, comes from your network address.
- Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check tells people from bots when a form is sent. It looks at technical signals from your browser, not at what you wrote.
- X, Telegram and Discord, if you follow the links to our accounts there.
Creators shown on this site
The Network section shows creators Kraven works with, using information from their public X profiles, such as name, handle, profile picture and follower count. If you are shown there and want something changed or removed, tell us and we will do it.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our team’s mailboxes for as long as we need them to reply to you and, if we work together, to run that work. Ask us and we will delete your message and details.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights over your personal information; we will respect them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. For any question about it, or to make a request, write to us through the contact page.
